What do I do if I want to change a product?

You can change size / model without problem. Changes are completely free and can be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Write to us at hello@tuna-brand.com your order number, reason for the change and what new size / model you want. We will send the new product to your home and collect the previous order.

* For all orders outside of Spain, changes are at the customer's expense *

What do i do if i want to return my bikini?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it, as long as the products purchased have not been used, damaged, or present dirt. It must include all labels and their corresponding packaging.

Please, bear in mind that once we make your return, we will deduct € 5 for shipping costs of said return.

 

How is the money refunded to me?

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you if the return is successful or not.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and we will pay you the amount of the product in the same way that you made the purchase.

The return process can take up to 15 business days.

In the event that the return is for causes attributable to TUNA (defective product or does not match the purchased reference), we will be the ones who will bear the costs associated with this return.
