Shippings

All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain. They are prepared from Monday to Friday and are sent within a maximum of 72 hours after receiving them.

How long will it take me to receive the order?

You will receive it in a period of 48-72 working hours from the confirmation of the order (within Spain). For international shipments, between 10 and 12 business days.

What is the cost of my order?

It will be calculated at the time of purchase, based on the selected destination. Free shipping on orders over € 100 within Spain.

How do I keep track of my orders?

As soon as we start preparing your order, we will send you an email with the delivery information and a link so that you can follow the shipment of your order online.

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means that you may need to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
